This Privacy Policy applies to the Tiny Weather mobile application (the “Application”) and the tinyweather.co website (the “Website”), developed and provided by Usługi Informatyczne Kamil Chmiel (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

Trip and Planning Information

Location Information

With your permission, the Application may access your device’s location to provide weather-based outfit recommendations. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. Location data is used solely to retrieve relevant weather data and generate recommendations. We do not sell your location data.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• Operating system version and device information
• App usage statistics (e.g., screens viewed, time spent in app)
• Crash logs and diagnostics data

Website Analytics

If you consent, the Website uses Google Analytics to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, traffic source, and clicks on links to the app stores. We use this information to understand Website performance and improve our content. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you allow analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser.

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process on your device or app store. You can reject or withdraw Website analytics consent at any time by selecting “Analytics settings” in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
